It never reached an extractor.
The screen sits in front of the model rather than after it, so the instructions were never read by anything that could act on them.
That is the whole loop: a form arrived, a clock started from the right date, the fleet escalated unattended, a person released the letter, the family received it in plain language, the session became a defensible claim line, and an attack was refused at the door.
It has been running hourly on Google Cloud since 22 August, with nobody watching.
